UHMEP API allows to create a referral prescription, assign caregivers on it, provide the first and last execution dates, follow the advancement of the prescription, etc. The goal of UHMEP is to improve the care provided to the patient. Patients, prescribers and caregivers will use the UHMEP API through the integrators.
